Private Party Deposit
If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.
To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 12 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 12 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.
Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers.
Everyone attending your workshop MUST BE 18 years of age or older.
Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.
- Choose your Project/Design options from the dropdown menu below. (Please make sure the title of the design option in the DROPDOWN menu is the project you'd like to create regardless of the image currently shown.)
- If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as a name or date. If you would like additional customization please review the "Does my project have any included personalization" section, select the customization request checkbox, and follow the instructions.
- If joining a public workshop simply select the name and date of the desired event.
- If browsing our collections pages simply choose how you would like to create, such as joining a Private Party or Pick Your Project Workshop we have on our calendar, or ordering your project as a Hammer@Home Kit.
-If pre-registering for an Open Paint or Walk in Wednesday just select your time slot.
- Continue to follow the instructions that unfold from each of the menu options you select.

- The colors shown in the pictures are chosen to depict the best view of the designs. You will choose your own stains and paints to create a unique finished product. (The props in the pictures are not included with your project.)
- Beer & Wine service is available in the studio. Guests may bring snacks or light appetizers.
- Our goal is to begin class within 5 minutes of the class start time. Please be in the studio on time. We don't want anyone feeling behind or rushed!
- Studio doors open 10 minutes before class time.
